The 1st XI had a good start in the field but couldn’t sustain it with Murdoch University Melville finishing with 9/236 at the end of the day. Captain Jerra Smith (4/79) toiled hard with the ball and Marco Krebl (3/31) did his best to try and keep the opposition to a chasable total next week.

** NEW SPONSOR **

** Move Steady Physio **

The Balcatta Cricket Club is proud to welcome a brand new sponsor to the club.

Move Steady Physio in Balcatta has joined our group of valuable sponsors. And boy do we need physios after a long hard hot day in the field.

At Move Steady Physio, they value the need for a healthy body to support movement. They understand the physical, mental and emotional strain that comes from injuries, whether the cause is work, sport or everyday activities. Their purpose is to provide clients with holistic care focusing on reducing pain, providing guidance through the rehabilitation journey and creating a supportive environment to promote healing. They can also tailor a plan to prevent injuries returning by improving mobility and strength, enabling you to MOVE with confidence.

Daniel Stead (Director and Senior Physiotherapist), will be at the club  this Thursday, 21 November at 6.30pm providing a session around injury prevention, acute injury management and recovery.

Please book in for an appointment (via the website) if you're needing their services of which I'm sure there are many of you.
